Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Offer client a free energy analysis of their use.

Obtain the current electrical and or natural gas bill of the
client

We provide you the analysis to submit to the client, this includes
total cost savings.

Present the analysis to the client and gain acceptance to proceed.
-
The client pays nothing up-front, they simply pay their bill on
the next scheduled meter read date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment

Facilitation of employee meetings

Oversight of payroll functions

Policy interpretation and implementation

Training and development of exempt and non-exempt staff

Advising supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to
resolve employee work problems

Oversight of human resources administrative functions
What Are We Looking For?
-
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in a human
resources-related field, plus a minimum of two years human
resources experience in one or more of the following areas:
employment, benefits, employee relations, training and development

Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong analytical and decision making skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Windows

Exposure to human resources information systems preferred,
Salary - DOE + yearly bonus 15% and up
